What is a 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕?
A growth mindset, which was termed by Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck, is the notion that ability and intelligence are not innate but can be cultivated with effort, persistence, and a process of ongoing learning. It is the perception that one’s ability can be altered through determination. It encompasses a person’s attitude towards challenges, their learning from mistakes, and their capacity to adapt and evolve.

I think that it’s core tenet is that they embrace challenges. They view challenges as opportunities for growth and welcome them as part of the learning process.
